Badminton Vision

Local-first YouTube badminton video analysis and labeling.

  • Live rally timeline and lightweight stats as a non-blocking overlay on YouTube.
  • Local body-pose inference from bundled models (no cloud inference); shuttle tracking via a local heuristic, with racket detection on the roadmap.
  • Optional four-corner court calibration for court-relative IN/OUT line checks.
  • Keyboard-first manual labeling (11 shot classes) with CSV export.

Automatic analysis is a suggestion layer — manual labels stay first-class records.

Splice Neoepitope Pipeline

A reproducible Snakemake workflow for predicting cancer neoepitopes arising from alternative splicing.

  • Finds tumor-specific splice junctions in RNA-seq and filters them against matched normal tissue.
  • Translates junction-spanning peptides and predicts MHC class I presentation (MHCflurry 2.x).
  • Patient-specific HLA typing (OptiType) and per-junction origin reporting.
  • Optional TCRdock structural validation (AlphaFold v2) with an interactive Mol* 3D report.
